Seeking a Chief of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Provide strategic direction and leadership of the Rehabilitation Institute at our hospital, the flagship program for the organization, and the Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) services across the health system. In addition to working closely with senior administration, the Chief works with other leaders including the Director of Rehabilitation Services, Residency Program Director, Director of Clinical Research, others in the management team across its 10 divisions, and Physician Medical Directors of the outpatient department, rehabilitation hospital, and pain center. Required: Board Certified in PMR. Additional subspecialty certification a plus 7-10 years of administrative and clinical leadership experience Previous chair or vice chair experience preferred but emerging leader with appropriate experience will be considered. Participation at the national level in the field of PMR. Research experience with a track record of presentations and publications. Experience with cultivating an environment of diversity, quality, teamwork, growth and improvement. A generous benefits package is available. $375K- 500K based on experience, plus incentive.
