Service Team Lead – Walser Automotive Group
Join a family-owned automotive leader with over 70 years of excellence. As a Service Team Lead, you’ll oversee daily service operations, ensuring smooth workflows, exceptional teamwork, and outstanding customer satisfaction.
Compensation:
- $70,000 - $100,000 annual salary: Base salary with incentive opportunities

What You’ll Do
- Lead and support service team operations and workflow
- Coordinate internal repair orders and communicate schedules with the Used Vehicle Team
- Manage approvals, deliveries, and tracking with the Recon department
- Process service invoices and warranty repair orders
- Oversee rental operations, vehicle deliveries, and cleanliness standards
- Partner with advisors and accounting to close out repair orders each month
- Support Express and Main Shop administrative functions

What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years of automotive dealership or service leadership experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- General automotive knowledge and computer proficiency
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
