General Manager Benefits & Compensation
- Great base salary
- 50 hour work week with 2 days off

General Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- 3 years experience in being a general manager in full service restaurant with alcohol
- Operational management of the restaurant including staffing, training, customer service, inventory
- Compliance of all state and local regulations for the restaurant
- Financial management with responsibility for budgeting, managing costs, and achieving revenue goals. Analyze P&L statements, implement cost-control measures, and ensure profitability.
