The Jamestown Family Health Clinic seeks a compassionate Family Practice Physician to provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages within a team-based, outpatient setting. The Jamestown Family Health Clinic (JFHC) operates a nationally recognized model of care dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered healthcare. Owned and operated by the Jamestown S Klallam Tribe, JFHC is a Tribal Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving both Tribal citizens and non-Tribal community members. We provide care to over 18,000 patients with satisfaction scores that consistently exceed national benchmarks.

We are seeking a Family Practice Physician who values teamwork, connection, and compassionate care. In this role, you ll provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages from newborns to seniors supported by an experienced, multidisciplinary care team and leadership committed to your success and well-being.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting physical exams, diagnostic evaluations, and managing treatment plans.
Providing preventive care and patient education to promote long-term wellness.
Collaborating with our integrated care team to ensure coordinated, seamless patient experiences.
Managing medications in partnership with our on-site clinical pharmacists.
Maintaining accurate documentation within the EPIC electronic health record system.
Contributing to quality improvement and professional development initiatives.

Balanced Schedule: Enjoy a 4-day work week with a sustainable patient volume. Your normal patient load is patients per day, but you have the flexibility to see more if you choose up to a maximum of 22 patients. Providers are compensated for seeing additional patients beyond the standard . This allows you to control your schedule and productivity while being rewarded for extra work.
Outpatient-Only Practice: No hospital rounding or inpatient duties.
Exceptional Support: High nursing and MA-to-provider ratios, two on-site clinical pharmacists, and dedicated EHR elbow support.
Collaborative Environment: Work closely with on-site Behavioral Health, Orthopedics, Dermatology, and Chronic Pain Management.
Meaningful Programs: Certified Diabetes Education, Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), Dedicated Immunization RN Specialist, Drive-through Anti-Coag management, and Population Health and Preventative Health team. MD or DO from an accredited institution.
Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
Active and unrestricted Washington State medical license (or eligibility to obtain).
Current DEA registration and BLS certification.
