What You'll Be Doing
Support plant maintenance activities through hands-on learning and mentorship.
Assist in troubleshooting and optimizing mechanical systems and equipment.
Participate in planning and executing preventive maintenance programs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve equipment reliability.
Contribute to safety initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
What Are We Looking For
A strong foundation in mechanical or industrial engineering principles gained through college or university studies.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive learning mindset.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, industrial environment.

Willingness to relocate or travel as needed for training and development or future placement
Work Environment
This role is based in a cement manufacturing facility and involves both office and field work. You’ll be exposed to varying temperatures, dust, and noise levels, and will be expected to follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
