Palm Health Resources is hiring an experienced Nurse Practitioner who specializes in Palliative Care! Located in Southeast Alabama, surrounded with vibrant cultural festivals and a hub of outdoor recreation with its numerous parks and trails. The Adult Palliative Care service is actively seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to enhance our interdisciplinary palliative care program. This position is supported by our Hospitalist physicians and Nurse Practitioners as well as a team of experienced case managers and a Spiritual Care Director. Ideal candidates will possess or be willing to obtain an ACHPN certification.
