Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Oncology travel assignment requiring a KS or compact license and BLS certification.
Responsibilities
- Work in a hospital-based Med/Surg Oncology unit
- 12-hour night shifts
- Assignment is 13 weeks in duration
- Float to similar units as needed
- Required to work every other weekend
- No on-call responsibilities
- Returning travelers must have been away from the facility for at least 1 year to be eligible
- Travelers must have a permanent address at least 75 miles from the facility to qualify
- Provide care for oncology and Med/Surg patients
- Upcoming orientation start dates are available
Requirements
- Active KS or compact state RN license
- Minimum of 1 year recent Med/Surg nursing experience
- Current BLS certification
- One reference required from entire work history
