Job Description & Requirements

Important Note:
- Candidates must live within a commutable distance of the facility
- Applicants residing 60 minutes or more away will not be accepted
Sign-On Bonus:
- Days: $10,000
- Nights: $20,000
Relocation Assistance:
- Division-approved only
- Must be 100+ miles away
- Typically $2,500–$5,000
Requirements:
- 1 year RN experience required (Acute care not required)
- Accepted backgrounds: Home Health, LTAC, Skilled Nursing Facility, Outpatient Rehab, Corrections
- Florida RN license or approved multistate (compact) license
- Compact license holders must obtain FL RN license within 60 days of relocation
- Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred
Certifications:
- BLS (AHA Healthcare Provider): required prior to start
- NIH Stroke Scale: within 30 days of start
