Great opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work in an outpatient Kidney Transplant clinic just north of Boston, MA right off of I-95.

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• Must have atleast 1+ yrs exp in kidney transplant or nephrology
• Outpatient Kidney Transplant clinic
• Schedule is Mon-Fri 8a-5p, no weekends, no call
• Will provide various pre and post-op medical care - formulation and implementation of a diagnosis and treatment plan, ordering and interpretation of laboratory tests, imaging studies, consults in the nephrology and transplant populations, prescribing and/or dispensing medication, educational counseling for patients and families
• Will provide inpatient coverage as needed - provide backup when inpatient APP is away
• Work with multidisciplinary team of transplant nephrologists, surgeons, hepatologists, nurses, registered dieticians, social workers
