About the Opportunity
An established outpatient primary care clinic in Bullhead City, AZ is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join its dedicated team. This is a full-time, weekday-only position with no evenings, weekends, or on-call obligations offering excellent work-life balance while allowing you to focus on delivering quality care.
In this role, you will treat patients across the lifespan, providing preventive services, chronic disease management, and health education. You will have the opportunity to build your own patient panel and form lasting relationships within a collaborative, supportive practice environment.
Position Highlights

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $100,000 $140,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

Core Responsibilities
- Deliver primary care services for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
- Perform wellness visits, preventive screenings, and routine checkups
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions
- Create and adjust individualized treatment plans, including patient counseling
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR system
- Coordinate care with specialists and facilitate smooth care transitions
- Participate in quality improvement and performance initiatives within the clinic
Qualifications
- Current Arizona NP license
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Active DEA registration or ability to obtain
- Meets credentialing requirements for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance plans
- Prior outpatient primary care experience preferred; motivated new graduates welcome to apply
