The role involves advanced GI procedures and management in a Trauma setting.

Job Details

• Provider Type Needed: Gastroenterologist
• Schedule: 24-hour call shifts (7a-7a); scheduled dates include Feb 13-15, Jul 12-19, Aug 18-Sep 5, with additional July dates to be released once filled

Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform endoscopic procedures including scoping, ERCP, and EUS
• Manage GI bleeds and evaluate gastrointestinal problems
• Provide comprehensive gastroenterology consultations
• Work within a Trauma environment
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure high standards of patient care

Additional Information

• Board certification in Gastroenterology required
• Active Colorado license or IMLC (LOQ in hand at submission) required
• Active DEA required; must retain for duration of assignment
• Must be able to perform ERCP and EUS
• Commitment to stay at preferred lodging as specified by the client is required
• EMR training requirements must be acknowledged and met
• Candidates must specify number of shifts per month they can provide
