Seeking a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) physician to provide locum coverage during an active recruitment period. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a high-acuity, well-supported MFM practice with strong clinical infrastructure.

• Location: Bon Secours St. Francis Medical Center (clinic & inpatient coverage)

• Coverage Model: 2-provider service

  • One MFM at St. Francis Medical Center

  • One MFM at St. Mary s Hospital

• APP Support: 1 Nurse Practitioner rotating between sites

• Practice Focus:

  • High-Risk OB: 95%

  • Low-Risk OB: 5%

• Average Patients/Day: 27

• Exam Rooms: 3

• Nursery Level: Level III

• EMR: EPIC (Viewpoint)

• Ultrasound: Onsite (GE 10)

The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing high-risk pregnancies, including:

• Amniocentesis

• Chorionic Villus Sampling (CVS)

• Cerclage (preferred)

• Pre-eclampsia & hypertension

• Multiple gestations

• Fetal growth restriction

• Chromosomal & congenital abnormalities

• Genetic disorders & birth defects

• Preterm labor

• Thrombophilia

• Vaginal & Cesarean deliveries

• Complex maternal and fetal comorbidities

• RN clinic educator

• Sonographer

• Genetic counselor

• Front office team

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Maternal-Fetal Medicine

• Completed MFM Fellowship

• Active Virginia medical license

• BLS certification

• AIUM certification Preferred

• Self-Query NPDB report (dated within 30 days)
