Education, Licensure, and Experience:
- Doctor of Medicine. Graduation from an accredited medical or osteopathic school.
- Completion of a residency program in a relevant specialty (e.g., Family Medicine, Internal Medicine).
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in specialty.
- Valid California medical license, DEA certification, and BLS certification.
- Valid California state license to practice medicine.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background investigation and be free of any felony convictions.
- Must have a vehicle, valid California drivers license (or ability to obtain with 30 days of hire), vehicle insurance.
- Must be insurable.
