$5K sign-on for qualifying candidate at outpatient ortho clinic with physicians on-site. Full-time Physical Therapist, Mon–Fri 8 AM–5 PM, outpatient orthopedic setting, 1:1 patient care, strong PTA support and team camaraderie. Location: local outpatient clinic (onsite physicians). Contract: direct-hire, temp-to-hire, or travel options available. - Licensed PT in state of practice (active state license required) - Degree in Physical Therapy (BS/MS/Doctoral) from APTA-approved program - BLS certification (AHA or ARC) may be required - Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred - Ability to provide 1:1 patient care

Setting: Outpatient


We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You’ll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they’re recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions. Apply today and a recruiter will reach out with the details.


Position Details:

  • Always aiming for 1:1 patient care
  • Physicians on site!
  • Outpatient ortho with great PTA support
  • Strong camaraderie—team enjoys working together and even socializing outside work at times.
  • Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM, no evenings or weekends!
  • Sign on bonus available for qualifying candidates!


Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA
  • Active State License is Required to Start the Position
  • BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
