As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned financial institution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, respond to situations as needed, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior within a financial institution setting.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential security-related incidents and provide reassurance to employees and visitors.
• Monitor access points and verify identification as required for entry into restricted areas.
• Report any observed irregularities, such as property damage, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences, to the appropriate personnel.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and/or emergency responders as necessary during critical situations.
• Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of armed security, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
