Position Highlights:
- Concierge Style Care
- Outpatient primary care with a 400-patient panel maximum
- Plenty of time with patients, value based care vs RVU production based care
- 10,000 sq. ft. modern center equipped with labs, EKG, and echocardiograms
- Comprehensive care team including nurses, MAs, case managers, social workers, and outreach specialists
- Athena EMR built for value-based care
- Ongoing training and support in population health and value-based medicine
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Base salary
- First Year Earnings (Salary plus bonuses/incentives) = $315k - $335k
- Sign-on bonus
- 25 PTO days, 5 CME days, 9 holidays (2 floating)
