Restaurant Manager Requirements:
· Focus each day -Taking great care of our guests and staff members.
· Come to work each day with a great attitude.
· Responsible for training staff, helping with marketing and HR admin duties.
· Ensure good service with both front and back of the house responsibilities.
· Inventory, cost control, POS interaction, schedules and managing productivity.
Restaurant Manager Requirements:
· At least 1-2 years of Management Experience - Preferably with a mix including a full-service corporate restaurant brand.
· Some P&L exposure is ideal
· The ability to build and lead a strong team
· Inventories, cost controls, and some experience with declining budgets
· Hiring, scheduling, and training validations
