Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join a skilled nursing rehabilitation team. This role involves providing patient-centered care to help individuals regain independence, improve mobility, and enhance their quality of life in a post-acute environment.
Responsibilities- Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapy programs to support functional improvement
- Document patient progress and adjust plans as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to achieve patient goals
- Educate patients, family, and caregivers on therapy techniques and continuing care
Requirements- Active state Physical Therapist license
- Less than 1 year of experience acceptable
- Ability to work variable shifts
- No bilingual requirement
- Holiday coverage not required
