Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide high-quality rehabilitation services in a skilled nursing facility setting. The PT will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans, assist residents in regaining functional mobility, and work collaboratively with the care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This is a rewarding opportunity with guaranteed hours and a competitive rate of $80/hr.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a currently active Physical Therapist license in Texas
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
- Skilled in rehabilitation therapy for skilled nursing residents
- Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills
