Job Description & Requirements Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Regular 8 Pay Rate: $206.61 - $223.65 This facility is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Available Shift Length and Scheduling Requirements: 7a-3p + call Required Cases: General, Ortho(mostly spine), urology, ophthalmology, GYN, very few dental and peds dental, ENT, podiatry, and heavy OB. Must be proficient in spinals, blocks, epidurals Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic Care Team (and ratio) or Independent: MDs onsite, little to no supervision Credentialing Timeframe: up to 90 days License required or willing to license: Indiana License required
