Locums CRNA No Call Springfield, MOWhy This Role

• High-acuity inpatient anesthesia practice with complex case mix
• Consistent weekday schedule with no weekend or call requirements
• Long-term locum opportunity with multiple providers on site
Assignment Details
• Locum CRNA coverage beginning January 12, 2026 with ongoing need
• Weekday shifts only, Monday through Friday
• 10-hour shifts, primarily 7:00a-5:00p CST, with day and evening shifts available
• Multiple providers scheduled daily in a medical direction model
• Credentialing timeframe approximately 90 days
Clinical Details
• Inpatient anesthesia services in a high-volume surgical environment
• Average daily surgical volume of approximately 135 cases across services including L&D, endoscopy, cardiac, electrophysiology, MRI/CT
• Seventeen operating rooms running concurrently
• Medical direction model with anesthesiologist oversight
• Complex case mix including neuro, spine, ENT, EP, cardiac, vascular, orthopedic, OB, and pediatric cases
• Advanced skills required including intubations, arterial lines, and ventilation management
• Pediatric anesthesia experience expected
• EMR: Epic
Requirements
• Board Certified CRNA
• No specific state license required to bid
• Minimum of one year experience required; new graduates not accepted
• Ability to manage complex cases including neuro, spine, cardiac, and pediatric anesthesia
• Comfort with arterial line placement, intubation, and ventilator management
• Submission of recent case logs from the past 12 months strongly preferred
• No DEA required
Compensation
• Rates: Facility is accepting bids (maximum hourly rate $320)
• Malpractice: Provided
