We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Client Reporting/Performance Manager to join our team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA (4 days in office per week).
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Lead the client operations and reporting team by demonstrating expertise in client performance metrics and reporting standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency, ensuring alignment with BNY's strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve client service delivery.
- Mentor and guide team members to foster a culture of excellence and accountability in client operations.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of performance reports to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity and relevance.
- Drive innovation in reporting processes by integrating new technologies and methodologies.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred.
- Typically 4-7 years of experience and 0-1 years of management experience. Experience in trading or brokerage preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail in reporting and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
