1. General job duties. Types of procedures required. Acute Care RN for patients undergoing Cardiovascular services, surgical services 2.Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. (Is there computerized charting, medication systems, etc.) Philips Cardiac Monitors, Tele, Welch Allyn Vital Signs Monitors, Invasive monitoring. Medtronic Pacemakers,Cerner EMR, Pyxis Med dispenser, Zoll R series, Sigma Spectrum IV pumps, Mistral Air Warming units. 3. Required skills and minimum years of experience. Minimum 1 year PCU experience. EKG knowledge skills - IV Cardiac Medication administration. Peritoneal Dialysis, Chronic Vents, Chest Tubes, Epidural Catheters, PCA pumps, Transvenous pacing, Arterial or Venous Sheath pulling/care.
