ResponsibilitiesThe Collaborating Physician works with an APN (or more than one) who is performing in home and/or telehealth wellness assessments on patients' designated by HarmonyCares Medical Group. APNs working with the Collaborating Physician will not have prescriptive authority, nor will they be treating patients. As a Collaborating Physician you will:
- Be available via telecommunication or in-person for consultation with APN to address patient assessment questions
- Regularly performs annual chart reviews
- Consults with APN ensure adherence to policies, procedures, state laws and quality
- Be accountable for outstanding customer service to all external and internal customers
Qualifications- Active/unrestricted Medical Physician License
- Board certified/board eligible required
- Residency completion required
- 1 year experience in Healthcare management
- Experience with Risk Adjustment
- Must reside in the state where the openings exists
Pay TransparencyThe Collaborating Physician is compensated $125.00 per month for each active Advanced Practice Provider with whom they are collaborating. Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related considerations.
