Position Highlights:Comprehensive ENT care with a broad patient base
Clinic Volume: patients/day
OR Locations: 3 surgical sites (Hospital, ASC, and Community Hospital)
Surgical Tools: Access to four da Vinci Xi Surgical Robots + Table Motion
Support: Full audiology team + APPs + specialty collaboration (Endo, Allergy, Neuro, etc.)
Call: Backup only APPs take primary
Tech & Teaching: Mayo Clinic eConsults + optional teaching opportunities
Physician-Led Culture: You help shape practice patterns, scheduling, and volume
Base Salary Range: $515K $800K (plus wRVU & productivity bonuses)
Bonuses: Sign-on, relocation, training stipends, loan repayment support
Loan Repayment: Monthly, quarterly, or annual options
CME: Annual stipend included
Employment: Full-time, W-2 with 501(c)(3) nonprofit status

Qualifications:Board Certified/Board Eligible in Otolaryngology (within 5 years of training)
Active Ohio license OR Willing to obtain
Clean malpractice & licensure historyREQUIRED
