Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
· Minimum of 2-3 years in a full-service restaurant environment.
· Strong leadership and Hospitality skills
· Experience leading a team of up to 15-20 people.
· Experience managing high volume of 60k+ weekly
· Hands on mentality.
Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with all team members to ensure a great guest experience.
· Support General Manager and ownership to achieve sales and profit goals.
· Assist with hiring, interviewing, onboarding, training, and developing team members
· Manage the flow of service in the dining room, bar and kitchen.
