Shift: Primary: Nights – 3x12-hour shifts (19:00–07:30) Alternate: Days – 3x12-hour shifts (07:00–19:30) Assignment Details: Duration: 14 weeks Hours per Week: 36 hours Shift Type: Variable (Days/Nights) Float Requirement: Must be willing to float to Med/Surg, Tele, and IMC units as needed; may occasionally float to the Emergency Department. Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend (EOW) Facility & Unit Information: Location: Dickinson County Healthcare Unit Type: ICU / IMC Notes: ICU nurses monitor telemetry for the entire hospital. Systems Used: Paragon/Allscripts for acute care; T-System for Emergency Department. Bedside Shift Reporting (BSSR): Required, with utilization of AIDET and hourly rounding across all RN units. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience Certifications: BLS and ACLS required; PALS preferred Licensure: Active Michigan RN license
