Seeking a licensed ER Registered Nurse (RN) for 12-hour night shifts (7pm–7am) in a Texas hospital, providing emergency and acute care for adult and pediatric patients. Requires Texas RN license, BLS/ACLS/PALS/TNCC certifications, Cerner EMR proficiency, and at least 1–2 years ER experience; weekend availability and ability to float to acute care units expected. Position offers $56.95/hr, weekly pay, medical benefits, referral bonuses, PTO, and both locum or permanent placement options with immediate start preferred.

We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Emergency Room (ER) Nurse to provide exceptional care during critical hours of 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. in a fast-paced hospital environment. Required Skills: Valid Texas RN license or compact license at time of submission BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications Minimum of 1 year of ER nursing experience Ability to work a 12-hour night shift (7 p.m. 7 a.m.) Strong critical thinking, clinical judgement, and communication skills Proficiency with Cerner EMR system Ability to adapt to high-pressure situations and multitask efficiently Nice to Have Skills: Experience in acute care settings Prior float pool experience Familiarity with block scheduling preferences Bilingual abilities Preferred Education and Experience: Nursing degree (BSN preferred) At least 2 years of ER nursing experience in a hospital setting Experience working with adult and pediatric patients Other Requirements: Must be willing to work weekends Acknowledgment of housing limitations in the area; candidates should plan accordingly Compliance with all hospital and state licensing requirements Ability to start as soon as possible, with a targeted start date of February 2, 2026 This role offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $56.95, along with weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits, a robust referral bonus program, and paid time off in accordance with applicable laws.
