Join our esteemed healthcare team in York, Pennsylvania as a Locum Tenens Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to a high-volume facility, providing critical anesthesia care to a diverse patient population. Position Details: Start Date: June 1, 2025 End Date: March 31, 2026 Schedule: Four ten-hour days per week, either Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday. A 40-hour work week with flexibility to split hours between providers based on availability. Setting: Inpatient only with no outpatient duties required. Call: No call requirements. EMR System: Epic Key Responsibilities: Administer anesthesia for a wide range of surgical procedures, including general anesthesia, spinal anesthesia, and regional anesthesia. Manage and evaluate acute volume/BP issues, with skills in ventilation management. Perform procedures such as central line and arterial line placements. Supervise a team of CRNAs with a 1:3 or 1:4 supervision ratio. Engage with Student Registered Nurse Anesthetists (SRNAs) on site. Qualifications: Licensed in Pennsylvania or possessing an Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) license. Certifications in ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, and PALS. Experience in a level 1 trauma center is preferred but not required. Comfortable responding to codes and handling a variety of cases. Cardiac and obstetrical anesthesia experience is a plus, though not mandatory. Benefits: Temporary privileges available for a streamlined start.
