Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm Job Setting: Clinic Types of Cases: General urology cases Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days Must be board certified Must have an active Illinois license or an active Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLCC)
