Two Year Partnership Track:
- $550,000 Base Years 1 & 2
- $50,000 Sign on Bonus Paid in Full at Signing
- Year Two $550,000 Base + up to 90% of Profit-Sharing Eligibility ($630,000+)
- Year 3 full partner, No buy in. On average Partners are earning $700,000 - $750,000 per year
