RBT Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy as an RBT in homes, daycares, and community school settings
Implement individualized skill acquisition programs
Collect data and submit session notes accurately and on time
Maintain a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for clients
Complete other RBT-related tasks as assigned
RBT Pay & Benefits
$24.00–$30.00 per hour
Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance for full-time RBTs
Ongoing supervision, mentorship, and professional development
Male Preferred
Spanish speaking a plus

Aim Higher ABA provides in-home and daycare-based ABA therapy focused on child-centered, compassionate care. All RBT programs are designed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and scheduled at the family’s convenience.
