Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting a well-established Gastroenterology group in an expansion into Philadelphia! This group has been thriving for over 20 years in the Mid Atlantic, remains fully independent (non-private equity), and is expanding due to strong patient demand in the community.
Practice Details:
- Join a highly collaborative group with 14 Gastroenterologists and 10 APPs
- No call ? strong focus on work-life balance
- Hospital coverage only first year: 2 days/month (scoping only, no consults or inpatient visits); 2nd year drops to 1 day/month
- Compensation model:
- 500-600K Guaranteed 1st year income
- Once fully ramped, make between 700K-1 Million, demonstrated.
- Ownership opportunity in physician-owned ASCs and group (retention bonus with equity options)
- Experienced physicians eligible within 3 months; Fellows within 1 year
- Clinical mix: 50% clinic patients, 50% procedures
- Advanced procedures available, but the majority of practice is bread & butter GI
