Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cardiac Cath Lab position in Colorado, requiring a CO or compact RN license and recent cath lab experience.
Responsibilities
- Work in a hospital-based Cardiac Cath Lab
- Day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Unit equipped with GE X-ray and IVUS/FFR systems by Phillips
- Procedures performed include LHC/PCI, TAVR, EP Study, and Ablation
- Electronic Medical Record system is Meditech
- The team consists of 9 staff members and manages a 2-bed unit
- Candidates with EP experience are preferred
- Flexibility is valued in candidates for this position
- First-time travelers will be considered
Requirements
- Active CO or compact RN license is required
- Minimum of 1 year recent cath lab experience
- Experience with LHC-PCI and Structural Heart (ASD/PFO) procedures is required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications from AHA or ARC are required
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
- US Social Security Number and Date of Birth required for consideration
