JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Licenses: Active Illinois medical license (CSR required)
- Board: Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
- DEA: Active DEA Certification
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Other Qualifications: Proficiency with EMR (EPIC)
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide inpatient rehabilitation care for adults with physical and neurological conditions.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of therapists, nurses, and specialists.
- Develop and oversee individualized rehabilitation plans.
- Coordinate patient care transitions and ensure continuity of treatment.
- Participate in documentation and communication via EPIC EMR.
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and credentialing standards.
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate patient care aligned with OSF HealthCare standards.
