We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a premium travel opportunity in Carmichael, CA. This role focuses on care coordination, crisis intervention, and behavioral health support within a fast-paced clinical environment.
???? Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop patient-centered care plans
- Provide crisis intervention and behavioral health support
- Perform 5150 evaluations for patients requiring involuntary psychiatric holds
- Coordinate discharge planning and connect patients with appropriate resources
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams for continuity of care
- Advocate for patient needs while ensuring compliance with hospital policies
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
✅ Required Qualifications
- Active California LCSW License
- BLS Certification (AHA)
- 5150 Certification (CA) – Required
- Prior Dignity Health experience (Travel or Permanent) – Mandatory

- Must be certified to initiate 5150 holds (72-hour involuntary psychiatric evaluation)
- Requires completion of approved training and passing exam (minimum 80%)
- Ability to assess patients who may be a danger to themselves or others
