Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Med/Surg Tele Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for a night shift position. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background in Med/Surg Telemetry nursing and demonstrate the ability to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients with telemetry needs.
- Monitor patient vitals and ECG readings.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient care accurately in the electronic health record (EHR).
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Minimum of 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience, permanently.
- MUST HAVE a permanent Ohio nursing license or a compact state license in hand at the time of submission.
- BLS & ACLS certification required.
- Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate during orientation.
