As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol transportation locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. This role requires carrying a firearm and operating a vehicle as part of your daily responsibilities. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining a professional presence.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the transportation location and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized access and protect property.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff while upholding Allied Universal standards.
• Complete incident reports and maintain logs of observations and activities as required.
• Assist with access control and verify identification of individuals entering the location.
• Remain alert to potential security-related threats or suspicious activities and report findings to the appropriate personnel.
• Participate in training sessions and maintain required certifications for armed patrol duties.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of law enforcement, military police, or corrections experience is required.
• An armed guard card or license is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
