About the Opportunity We are actively seeking a motivated and experienced Urologist to join our team on a locum tenens basis. You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality urologic care to patients in a friendly and efficient clinic environment. What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments. Diagnose and treat a wide range of urologic conditions in adult patients. Perform essential in-office procedures, including prostate biopsies, cystoscopies, and prostate ultrasounds. Manage patient care plans for a variety of urologic conditions. Provide follow-up care and patient education. Communicate clearly and collaboratively with patients, families, and the healthcare team. Document medical records accurately and thoroughly in the Cerner electronic medical record system. Who You Are Board certified in Urology (BC/U). Active North Carolina medical license and DEA number are mandatory. Experience in providing general urologic care in a clinic setting is preferred. You possess strong clinical skills and experience managing a diverse range of urologic conditions. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills are essential for effective patient interaction. The ability to work independently while also being a team player is a must. A commitment to patient-centered care and a passion for making a positive impact on patient outcomes are highly valued.
