Ro Health is seeking a dedicated
Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team at a Veterans Home in Arizona. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, therapeutic, and hygienic environment while delivering professional nursing care, treatments, and services according to prescribed standards.
Details:- 6pm-6:30am
- rotating schedule
- weekends as needed
- part-time or per diem
Qualifications:- at least 6 months of RN experience required but 1 year is preferred
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a strong understanding of geriatric care and nursing procedures.
- Nursing Home experience is a plus!
- Ability to supervise and train staff in a healthcare setting.
- Experience with AMS or similar management systems is a plus.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-focused care.
Key Responsibilities:- Assessing residents' health status and developing care plans.
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Supervising LPNs and CNAs, ensuring quality care.
- Performing wound care, IV therapy, and catheter management.
- Monitoring and documenting changes in residents' conditions.
- Coordinating care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Educating residents and families on health conditions and care plans.
- Responding to medical emergencies and implementing interventions.
- Ensuring compliance with facility policies and state regulations.
