Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cardiac Cath Lab position requiring a VA or compact RN license and at least 1 year of recent cath lab experience.
Responsibilities
- Work in the Cardiac Cath Lab setting
- Day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- 13-week contract assignment
- Perform nursing responsibilities specific to cardiac cath lab procedures and patient care
- Adhere to protocols and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Compliance with health and safety standards required
- Documentation and profile materials must be complete for consideration
- No Canadian Social Security Numbers accepted
Requirements
- Active VA or compact RN license
- Minimum of 1 year recent cardiac cath lab experience
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (AHA or ARC accepted; must be valid for duration of assignment)
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
- U.S. Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
