Job Overview: Profession: Physician Specialty: Non-Invasive Cardiology Default Rate Type: On Call (Daily) Emergency/Temp Privileges: No Shift Type: Nights Shift Description: 5 PM Friday to Monday 8 AM Job Details: We are seeking a Locum Cardiologist to provide inpatient call coverage only. The reason for coverage is to ensure weekend coverage and assist our current providers as needed. The assignment entails 1-2 weekends per month as required. Practice Setting: Inpatient call only Coverage Details: Weekend coverage needed Weeknight call and 24-hour call required Average of 30 in-hospital clinic patients per day with fellow and APP support 5-8 new admissions per physician per day Total of 160 beds 5 Cardiologists in the group, with no other cardiologists present during the locum's coverage Supervision of fellow and APP required Patient Age Demographic: Adult/Geriatric Documentation System/EMR: Epic Reimbursement Details: Will reimburse hotel and mileage billed at the IRS Standard Rate Procedures Required: Echocardiography Transesophageal Echocardiography Electrical Cardioversions Electrocardiograms (EKGs) Treadmill Stress Tests Requirements: To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria: Board Certification - Required ACLS, BLS Certification - Required PA License - Required $25k conversion rate cap - Required Must be available to start ASAP - REQUIRED Certification and License Requirements: ACLS Certification BLS Certification Board Certified State License Requirements: Pennsylvania Don't Miss Out on This Opportunity!
