- Flexible schedule; Four 10 hour days (8 hours seeing patients/2 hours for charts) or five 8 hour days, Monday thru Friday
- Four year service commitment specifically tied to the sign on bonus and relocation.

Compensation Details- Year 1 Base Salary = $300,000
- Year 2 & beyond - Annual performance inventives
- $50.20/wRVU in excess of 6,00 Annual Productive Bonus
- Locations qualify for state & federal student loan repayment (Primary Care Loan Forgiveness - )
- Signing Bonus: $60,000
