Responsibilities:We are looking for Speech Language Pathologists to join us! In your role, you will work alongside a multifaceted team, comprised of seasoned Therapists, mid-career clinicians, and recent graduates. We have a variety of settings within our health system to meet your unique career goals! This includes our Level I Trauma Center, Comprehensive Burn Center, Inpatient Rehab, Post Acute Rehab, Outpatient Rehab, or Home Health.
In your role, you will use your expertise to educate the patient and/or the caregiver about the findings of the examination, evaluation, established goals of the speech-language pathology program, plan of treatment, home programs, injury prevention, and more! You should be an effective communicator willing to collaborate with other members of the care team.
Qualifications:- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- 2 years of experience required
- SLP - State of California Speech Language Pathologist License required
- BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required
- Incumbents who obtained a California Speech Language Pathologist License prior to 1993 will be grandfathered in with their existing education.
