Position Highlights:

• Guaranteed compensation floor of $312,709 for 2 years
• $100,000 retention bonus after 4 years
• Flexible 4- or 5-day schedule
• Light call (1-2 weeknights/month + quarterly weekends)
• Team-based care with 20 providers
• Optional 6-week annual hospitalist coverage
• Teaching opportunities with Internal Medicine Residency
