A full-time Internal Medicine physician position at a progressive rural Community Health Center in Southeast Kansas, serving a diverse, high-need population. Responsibilities include outpatient primary care four days a week with optional inpatient care at a well-equipped community hospital, supporting extensive outreach and school-based health programs. Community Health Center, a progressive, wel l-resourced rural FQHC is seeking a full-time internal medicine physician that is passionate about serving a high needs population four days a week in clinic, plus the option of inpatient care in well-equipped community hospital. Site also has two school-based health centers and extensive outreach program. Population served is diverse; location is near the Oklahoma border, a short drive to Bartlesville and an hour to Tulsa. This non-profit clinic is part of a health system with 15 full service NHSC Qualified sites and 80+ providers serving patients regardless of their ability to pay.

Support staff and services include: an extensive onboarding process, patient navigators, pregnancy case managers, certified doulas, pharmacists, in-house IT, EHR support team (eClinicalWorks), medical assistants, medical scribes, RN/LPNs, billing specialists, continuing education management, credentialing, risk management team, in house general counsel, and more.

Qualifications:
- Full licensure to practice medicine in the State of Kansas and Board Certified in appropriate specialty.
- Graduation from accredited medical school and completion of medically recognized residency program.
