Family Law Attorney
Location: Baltimore, MD
Compensation: $100,000 – $130,000 (depending on experience)
We are working with a well-established family law practice seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join their team. This is a great opportunity to handle meaningful work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with opportunities for long-term professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of family law matters from start to finish.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and agreements.
- Represent clients at hearings, trials, depositions, and mediations.
- Work closely with clients to develop case strategies and guide them through the legal process.
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to deliver excellent client service.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in Maryland (required).
- 2–5 years of family law experience preferred.
- Strong litigation and courtroom skills.
- Excellent writing, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Client-focused mindset with a commitment to high-quality representation.
