Requirements
✅ Active Massachusetts RN License – REQUIRED at time of submission
✅ Hospice nursing experience required
✅ Flu vaccine required prior to start
✅ Ability to work independently and manage a hospice caseload
✅ Comfortable with extensive daily travel
Role Overview
- Seeking an experienced Hospice RN for outpatient hospice case management
- RN expected to complete 4–5 patient visits per day
- Visits include patient homes and facility-based settings
- Daily travel required: approximately 30–50 miles/day
- Mileage typically incurred traveling to the first patient; remaining visits are nearby
