Location: St. Mary's Regional Medical Center - 1808 W Main St, Russellville, AR 72801
Shift: PRN M-F - Some weekends and holidays required

What You'll Do:
- Evaluate and treat individuals with speech, language, communication, and swallowing challenges across diverse patient populations.
- Conduct thorough initial and follow-up assessments to monitor progress and adapt care plans accordingly.
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans, actively engaging patients and their families in the therapy process.
- Provide education and counseling to patients and caregivers to support continued improvement and understanding of therapy goals.
- Support seamless transitions with thoughtful discharge planning and resource recommendations.
- Mentor and supervise clinical fellows, students, and support staff-fostering the next generation of excellence in care.
Qualifications and requirements:
- Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology Required
- Licensed Speech Therapist; Current licensure with State Board of Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology
- Basic Life Support (BLS) within 60 days of hire
