Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position requiring a TX or compact license and 2 years of recent ER experience.
Responsibilities
- Work in the Emergency Department of a hospital setting
- Assignment consists of 12-hour evening shifts (3:00 PM to 3:00 AM), three shifts per week
- Care for a diverse ED patient population
- Responsibilities include rapid assessment, prioritization, and emergency patient care
- Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented work environment with support from multidisciplinary staff
Requirements
- Active RN license from TX or a compact state
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an Emergency Department of similar size
- ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC required (willingness to obtain if not already held)
